How to catch regice, registeel regirock

Regirock: Automatically in the Underground Ruins (connected to the Clay Road and Twist Mountain). Up by the door, is a big circle, from that spot go 9 steps down then 6 steps right and hit A. Then go in the door, Walk around all the rocks and there you go. Be sure to save.
Regice: Black 2-Get Iceburg Key from someone who has it in White 2 via Unova Link. White 2- After catching Regirock, You'll get Iceburg Key. Exit the door, go 2 main menu, and go to Unova Link Key systems, Key settings and Mysterious Door. Change it. Then go into the door and find it,
Registeel: Black 2-After catching Regirock, You'll get Iron Key( or whatever its called). Change settings like how I explained with Regice. Go in the door and there it is. White 2- Get Iron Key from someone who has it in Black 2.
