How to beat the 6th kingdom

I don't really know which kingdom you're talking about but if it's Chrysalia use the Pokemari balls to your advantage...also fire and flying types. If it's Pugillis knock your opponents off the arena then send someone to take that banner. Flying and Psychic types (especially ones with confusion and psybeam) help a lot too.
