Lady selling evolution stones
Where can I find the lady selling the evolution stones (Moon Stone, etc)?

You Don't actually find the merchant selling stones, he comes to you at completely random times. One month you may receive a message stating there is a merchant who wants to sell you something. this merchant has all the stones for 5,000 each. Hope this helps :)

It is a random event at the start of each turn, and each stone costs 5,000 money.
