I dont know how to open it but try opening the 2 green gates at the same time, and then maby the rusty locker will open up?!

You have to wait till you unlock world/gate 3 in there your given an oil can and this opens the safe in world/gate 1

I know where it is! Just continue the game till you get to zommers zany lagoon. Then u get this orange thing along with the other tools.Then u know the rusty thing Jane was talking about? That is a safe. After u get the orange thing, go back to this mission and use the orange thing to open the safe. In the safe, there is the egg. I was stuck on this part for a week! Hope I help u!
