First, you go the the upper left part of the candy kingdom to the cave with bars. talk to lemongrab and then each of the 3 prisoners. for berry princess' evidence go back to the village with the house people and talk to the record keeping guy for her diary. for the pizza guy go to the upper right part of the candy kingdom to where the graveyard is. go all the way to the back of the graveyard and get a receipt from starchie. for the baby go to the duke of nuts castle (either the middle or lower right part of the candy kingdom) talk to the duke of nuts to get a birth certificate. go to bubblegums castle, around the mid-left section of the kingdom, enter the castle and go all the way to the left and talk to peppermint butler to get a royal pardon take the pardon to lemongrab and he gives you the baby. take the baby to the duke of nuts and he gives you a sponge, take the sponge to the tavern (around the middle of the kingdom) and talk to the dripping chocolate guy (ice king) take the gummy dog to the ice cream cone doctor (at bubblegums castle) and then go to the dungeon (far right part of bubblegum's castle) go through the dugeon, defeat the boss and after winning you will get the pantyhose

Oops made one mistake. The dungeon isn't in bubblegums castle its in a tower in the mid left part of the kingdom. The key in the dog opens a door in her castle where you'll find the ability you need for the dungeon
