How can i get all of cursed item?

I already upgrade all of sickle, hoe, axe and hammer.. except fishing pole.. can i go to cave and get the cursed item?? what would happen if no fishing pole upgrade? whether it can get cursed items?

First u need mistril fishing pole then go to ceirtian levels in the mine to get it
