Yeah, I heard you could find one there on another website, but I tried to find it there for like 3 hours straight and still couldn't find it! >:(

That's so stupid. Easy. Trade from Soulsilver/Heartgold or simply beat champion in diamond and go to pokemon mansion and talk to backlot a couple of times... got it in like 5 minutes. (including catching it)
