Get your 7th bage and have palkia, dialga or giratina

Finish the 7th gym leader battle and finish the boss time get palkia,dialga,giratina then use fly and fly to velstone or posinta city then if you went to velstone city use route 214 then to valor lake front or if u fly to posinta city you go to 213 you at near valor lake front then go on route 222 then you by the entranse of sunnyshore city go in the city then your there
