How do I level up really fast when I have only 2 badges in pokemon pearl and just want to beat it and get a national pokedex?

There is absolutely NO way at all to do it FAST. You have to go into the grass and battle loads of Pokemon until YOUR Pokemon levels up! That is the kind-of fast way to train your Pokemon.
