What is lucario's friend area cause i heard you can recruit him if you're lvl.100, lucario rescue rank and have befriended all legendaries and chansey, go to the evolve stone and then lucario apears and tells you to explore all dungeons and then you battle him at pokemon square by your self and then becomes your friend.

You might have to get him yourself. Have'nt completed the game yet so erm yeah.
