I can't move house

I've tried to buy the largest house and been successful. however, i can't move in because 'they' packed all my stuff and the computer/desk is gone!, i can't use anything and the house remains empty. i've patients showing up for treatment and can't do a thing! how can i get the computer back so i can 'use' my inventory?

Click start on your Ds. Then click catalog menu, or something like that. Then click your storage selection.
