U dig it from the ground in table top mountain were u fight the boss (its pretty rare so keep trying ) and its only found in the fossil spot that is es (east west ) of the tree trunk that u go up to fight the boss (and for another bonus u get the other rare fossil in the same room if u can call the top of table top mountain that just keep scaning and slowly walk up the room (its the first fossil dot thing ) but remember there only found rarly so just keep going in and out of the room
