Feeding trouble

I'm having no trouble playing the game except for one part, i cant drag the cat's food into the food bowl. it'll just pop back onto the list. can anyone have advice for this? it would be greatly appreciated.

Drag and hold the food above the bowl and shake it up and down, and the biscuits willl come out, keep doing untill the cat starts feeding, i had the same trouble to (:
