How to do the pirouette

Ok, i cannot figure out how to do the pirouette. i can get the canter one most of the time but not the regular. it's driving me crazy. someone please help! thanks.

To do the pirouette, draw a full circle. although a triangle works best in my opiniom.to do the pirouette at canter draw a counterclock wise semi circle. like this:( only rounder
