Chef butcher the picky chef
I don't know what is the problem with chef butcher because i give him 1 chili pepper but it is not working, what am i supposed to do?

Give him a few eggs first, until your relationship is in the green, and then you can deliver the item for him.

The chef is probably mad at you so give him some eggs or zucchinis to in increase his relationship status with you then deliver them he will be happy.
