My cat will not go up the castle play room what should i do i am not rough on him at all i love to play him what can i do

Use the laser pointer. i did that and it worked. in other words sometimes it will be that his love meter is low. when the love meter is low pet your cat and it will rise again. after the meter is high again try the laser pointer again. hope this helps!.
