How do I unlock the last room so I can play in there. Not the garden or the library or the music room or the stone statue.

To get it you have to complete story mode with any character. The last board is Bowser's Pinball Machine.

To do this, you must beat story mode with a random character. In story mode, you can find that last room, Bowser's Pinball Machine.
