How do I get the cool items like the Hidden Block Locator?

Buy them in the pipes usually on dk's stone statue board. You can only buy them in the turn 25/30 all the way to 30/30 the cost 25 coins and come in a bag form, a grab bag! You recieve a star pipe, a triple dice set and a hidden block locator! That is once you have opened the grab bag! ENJOY!

To be honest obtaining Hidden Block Locators even via grab bags is mostly based on luck. Despite not being the best, the Hidden Block Locator seems to be the rarest item to be found in the shops, or maybe this is just my VERY bad luck. Either way, you want any chance of one of those sensors, get into Party Mode, and set the turns to 30. After this let blind faith lead you. My best of luck.
