Ok first go into the shop. there will be to faries one boy the other a girl. the boys name is augustus, go to him and tap him. there will be three options. chat exchange and never mind. tap exchange. then three other options will pop up tap[ the one that says look at items. then items will be shown there you can get what you like as long as you have medals.
