How to get the national pokedex someone help me please!!!

When you beat the Champion, you meet up with professor Oak and he gives you the national pokedex, but on the other hand, if you already have it and have trouble filling it up, i suggest you trade pokemon with friends or any other pokemon you have on other games. If you dont have other games i suggest the friend trade or buy another pokemon game. Good Luck
