How do you get the pokerader in the platinum ?

You have to see all pokemon In the game then talk to the prof. And there you have it

I agree. You have to get all the sinnoh pokemon in pokedex and then you talk to the proffesor and then he should give you a pokeradar. It's really fun and you should try it. Btw, i got mine when i beat the champion so you should try that too.
