Titles, what do we gain from it?

When u unlock and receive the titles (forgetful wizard, bug wizard, etc.) what do u gain from it? is it just a title or a collection of titles?

Sometimes you get new staffs or wizard hats from it. Like if you plant 200 flowers and get the title "Flower Wizard" you get the Sunflower Staff.
