How do you beat the 8th gym leader in heartgold?

You need a garydos i recommend the red one with dragon rush or just use a ice type from ice path but u will need to level it up

To defeat the 8th gym leader you will need 2 ice type's I recomend a Fraligator with Ice Fang and a Cloyster with ice beam a Ampharos with any electric attack a Jynx with any ice type attack a red Gyarados(Catch at Lake of Rage)with Twister and Dragon Rage and a Dragonair with any Dragon type attack. Put Ampharos in front of your deck and continuisly use electric type attacks or put Jynx in front and keep using ice attacks.
