Secret in Lavender town?
I was playing heartgold and heard about the LavenderTown Sydrome so i went and heard some of the tune. Then i took my cubone to the Rooms with the graves and i talked to it and it felt sad and felt fear. Why is this and can this help you in the game?

In the original game, it was mentioned that a cubones mother was recently killed. Cubone are dependent Pokemon that rely on their mother for a long time. They follow their mothers until she dies, once dead, they wear her skull as a mask, id guess this could explain your cubones reaction. Perhaps he misses his momma. :(
