How do you get to route 4 in kanto

You must first tell me where you are if you want me to help you with getting there. If you beat the snorlax and went into the diglett cave get through it and run up to Pewter city and then when you're in the middle of the city, go left. You will have to tear through Mt. Moon first if you ever want to get there, though. If you're only trying to figure out the power plant problem, get to the power plant(when you're in cerulean city and go left go through tunnel)and fix the problem that's there. After youre done that, go to the radio tower in lavender town and the man inside will upgrade your pokegear. Go to snorlax and switch on the radio to wake it up.(check out youtube if you need help with radio) Once you're finished all you have to do is do the bit that i told you if you got the snorlax woke up in the first place.(the bit on top).
