To go there first unlock mt lavaflow and then go in ur room and hit a facing the idols. go to park area and u will battle 1 bb bandit defeat him an go in and press the autopiolet button defeat all the bbs(not soldiers just trio) and go to top floor and bullwart is there and reveals his secret of being the bb boss
