Yes, for all you crazed dominic fans, it depends how many customers you have before valentines day for him to ask you out. Pay no attention to what godfrey says, because eventually godfrey gives up and convices dominic to ask you out. He does give you cash and a costume, because he wants you to know hes the prince and your the princess... good luck :d

I have also tried to get him to ask me out on my birthday, no luck. he gave me gloves, a tiara, a neclase, a skirt, some shoes and a top ( all from masquerade ) and i think he bumped up my personal savings to 5,400 but i had something like 5,250 so only like +$150 i do everything i can think of to have him ask me out! i purposly lose on contests to see if he will console me, go bny his mansion like 20 times a day and still nothing! just sone mild flirting and he'll be all shy but uuugggh it makes me so angry cant he take a hint?!?!? lol..... but yeah i would try to get lots of customers and stars before v-day, christmas, etc. good luck

Hahaha guys omg it would be awesome to go out with him becoz liek hes so amazing looking for a animated charachter :p and liek the game is so addictive and amazing already so going out with him would make me happier and more addicted god its good so i suppose 1000th customer has something to do with this coz iv been browsing and shit and thats all i hear but make sure you do it before valentines day that sounds much more promising and since valentines day has passed get 1000th customer and then change the date maybe :) good luck im good lucking my self too ;) hahahaha

Well i actually dont know. but i do remember that one day godfrey, dominic,s butler, came to my shop and told me this, " miss ( my name goes here ) dominic really likes you and if it is no trouble would you go on a fate with him. but dominic dosnt know i'm here. ( phone rings) oh that's dominic i must be off good day." he didn't say those exact words but he did say that. i don't remember if it was valentines day or my 1,000s costumer, but i do know it wasn't my birthday. also when you make it to the international contest ( the last one ) after you win, grace comes ang talks to you an says this " i wonder why face was so red. was he actumally blushing?! i have never seen him dothat isn't that odd?" and she said those same words. but in the beginning of the game when dominic comes to offer you the store ranee liked him. so i don't know what hapend with you but it seems like everyone's is different.

I got a hint: before you get to your thousandst (is that a word?) customer just set the date of your DS back 6 months the game will say 'last time you saved was (6 months later) if you continue events (etc.) will be deleted. Continue?' press yes, only things like going to the park with friends will be deleted and you will still have all clothes and everything. :P you know the rest i guess...

Well I heard if you get the all the pieces from the maid outfit and wear it to your shop(with Mary Janes,stockings and glasses) Eunice will come to your shop,pick out an outfit for her (wears daisies and raven candle)she will get attached to you and asks you if you want to date Dominic :)
