I have heard so much about the world queen contest, and i have won the international a few times and i can't unlock the world queen contest. could you please tell me how?

World queen contest is the international contest its just another name for it!!!!

I have been told that you have to beat grace in the platinum contest 10 times in a row. idk i am trying it right as i am typing this.
