Can anyone point me in the direction of the answer to the magic box puzzle?

Slide the top three to the right, until all three flash yellow. the yellow indicates in right place, but need rotating. rotate all three until green. next slide the three middle ones to right until all green, then rotate them three until green. do the same with bottom three to reveal manifest papers
