First you have to go to the library talk to a girl who says to talk to jimmy in the science lab who found the keys. he says he lost them in the park. after you go to the park a dog has it you need to find the dogs toy it is in a tree then use the move spell to get it down and the owner will give you the whistle

Jayhawk101 is wrong because i tryed it and it didn't work at the girl in libery she wont tell me anything and the boy in the science lab wont give me anything.
