Need to build 4 patios near gino's restaurant

I have 5 stars, but i have been stuck for days on the spa-mission that gino's is expanding build 4 patios near his restaurant. have tried different things nothing has worked. please help.

You need to make patios with your sythesizer. put in whatever base essences then put in a heart and make a table and chairs.
