I was walkin up the da water fall from east village and i saw a cave with a ladder going up to it but i can get up?? how do i get up there??

First go to katie so she can make the water suit she will say she needs someone with technolgy to make the suit so go to the zoo keeper guy and talk to him then gobank to katie and pay her about 700 simoleans and wait a couple of days untill she calls your headquaters
