T.O.B.O.R: You have to befriend his Panda.- The quickest way to do this is to feed it. So every time the time changes on days when the Panda is out, feed it. Once you have befriended it T.O.B.O.R will tell you that the Panda is Sad . You need to go and talk to people around the town for advice. Once you have found all the advice you should go back to T.O.B.O.R. After you have made the Panda trust you again you will have to take it on a walk to the tires and there the panda willl find a IC Chip take it back to T.O.B.O.R and you have completed T.O.B.O.R.
