I have been playing for a long time and its been one year and ginny still wont give me a mission. hellpp

Go to chef gino (the pizza dude) resturaunt and he will say some one has left his place without paying so u have to find 3 people with red shirts and white jeans the one that had a total of a bill that cost 300 dollars is the culprit (the one on the left) them you turn them into ginny for investagation hope this helps can some help me get to theif v's hideout(i know itz that cave with the rocks) but i always get too close or lose him so can u give me step by step directions or a video would be nice! thankz

To get ginny to give you a mission you have t get a bronze medal on every level of montage and then talk to her at night
