You know how there are paths off the road mainly in the townhall plaza, how do you get to them they are blocked off

You have to find the secret treasure under the rock next to martian house in the station plaza (were ginny and gino are) go there and push a then you will have to figure out which is the real martain (the one with the blue pants the other is theif v) then you can go any were and use the taxi for 100 sim dollars
