Lugia:whirl islands(after obtaining silver wing) ho-oh:bell tower roof(after obtaining rainbow wing) kyogre:embedded tower (after obtaining blue orb(heartgold only(beat red first)groudon:sameplace as kyogre(get red orb first(soulsilveronly(beat red first)thats all i know of

1. you can go to the kanto region and go to the power plant.zapdos will be waiting.(bring 44+ultra balls.)
2. go to the burned tower once you beat the alite four .(sucine will be their!!!!!!!!!)
3. latios is in the jonhto region

2. moltres ( mt. silver go to left where water fall is, need hm waterfall, rock climb )
3. mewtwo ( cerleaun city cave, need tm flash, hm surf, and hm rock smash )
4. dialga, palkia, and giratina ( sinjoh ruins )
5. to do #4 u need event arceus lv.80 from pkmn ranger then go to ( ruins of alph to the arceologists blue roofed house )

The roaming legendaries are easy to get if you know how. you will need some repels and a pokemon lv40 or less. i also recommend false swipe and a sleep move. go to national park or violet city. the trick is, the lengedaries will not move when you change routes by building, like the passes in and out of nat. park. move in and out of different routes normally, checking your pokegear for when they get in one of the regions you have acess to through a building. when in the route with the roamer, spray the repel and have your lv40< out first. you should find the roamer, then you have to catch it...

Articuno, Moltres and zapdos can be found in platinum, Heartgold and soulsilver.
Lugia Soulsiver and heartgold.
Ho-Oh Bell tower soulsilver and heartgold
Suicune can be found at cerulean cape once done something (i dont know what)
Raikou and entei can be found in johto
Giratina, Azelf, mesprit, uxie, heatran, palkia, dialga, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus and a lot of others in platinum
Kyogre in heartgold(Blue Orb)
Groudon in soulsilver(Red Orb)
Mewtwo in heartgold and soulsilver
Rayquaza in soulsilver and heargold
Deoxys (?):~ (dont know where)
