Beginning of dragon's keep

We're stuck at the beginning of the dragon's keep. how do we get the box past the spears to get over the gas?

Out the box by the tall yellow stone, stand on the box and jump up onto the stone which will enable you to jump onto the 2nd stone which has a lever to pull, this will lower the spears. jump back down pick up the box and put it down just in front of where the spears where jump onto the box and over you go, job done.
