First of all, keldeo is real. second of all, you can't get keldeo yet because the event hasn't took place yet. according to one website, (dont remember how to spell the name) that the event for keldeo will start sometime in august, but thats only for japan. the dates for the us and other places havent been released yet. (dont worry if you dont have keldeo. people from japan will soon be offering keldeos on the gts.) hope i cleared things up ;d

There is no event as far as im concerned. But, if you're patient, you can wait until POKEMON BLACK AND WHITE 2 come out. Thats right there is a black and white 2 coming Autumn 2012! no joke! in that game u can get keldeo and another hard-to-get pokemon that i forget the name of. and there is two new forms of kyurem and new forms of landerous, tornadous, and thunderous. so i hope u can wait.

it is in a cherish ball
and holds a pp max

Shiny Dragonite Lv.? at least 60
Suicune (shiny if possible)Lv.? As high as it can go.

Entei Lv.70
