Where is the liberty pass boat
I have 2 liberty passes and don't know were the boat is help me find it please

You need 1 Liberty Pass and you have to have got up to Castelia City. Then read all of the signs until you read 'Liberty Peir'. Go on the boat. It should be blue. Show the Boat Driver your Liberty Pass. He will ask you if you want to go to Liberty Island. Say yes. Then go to Liberty Island. Team Plasma should be there. They are there because they are trying to catch Victini to harness it's power. Go to that little room and catch your Lv. 15 Victini! (Don't worry, if you knock it out, go out of the room, then back in the room. Bye, hope I helped!
