Aparently unova is far away from any other regions so no old pokemon are there. the best way to get it is to use the gts but if you dont have wifi migrate or trade.

Not true there are alot of the old pokemon there.

There are a ton of the old pokemon, but i think pikachu is one that you can't get unless you have an older game and trade it over to the white/black version.

The pokemon outbreaks give great chances for older pokemon but i have not seen a pikachu yet
