Ok i have a lv 60 male slow bro i have traded it online with freinds and shuch and it will not evlove to a slowking i have the kings rock equpid on it to so i am not forgetting that how do i evlove it please help

Very rarely pokemon wont evolve that you have traded.
.........but if you lv it up even more you might have a chance.
also my friend has an item that wont let his pignite evolve into emboar.
