I can't control my sim when they work!

Whenever my sims leave for work i can't see what they're doing because all i see is the building, i can't go inside. also my sim has a business career, who's the boss?

You cannot control your sims at work. i think it's because the building is red which means you can't go inside? the boss is alex goth.

You actually can click the work options and it gives you work tones. its not actually playing as your sim
