Where is the alcove outside of the stadium

Go to the very top of the screen on map view. Move left from the stadium. About halfway between the art gallery and the stadium you should see a little path leading to a large gap in the mountain with a stone in the centre. Click on the stone, it will say 'dance' 'meditate' and 'cast winter wonderland'. Hope helps!
