If you want a sim to live in your house you have to flirt with them a lot then prepose marrage then get married or propose to move in with. dont forget to flirt with them!!!!!!!

If you dont want to get married, you can be friendly with someone untill you are best friends then under friendly you can choose "ask to move in"
