In the weapons room b right near the rpg is a circuit panel on the wall. walk right threw it and u will see a explosive crossbow floating in the air. shoot it.

You can do this by killing people. You can achive this easy if you pick a sniper rifle and machine gun when fighting or have a friend be a sparing dummy
