How do you beat the third boss as my son is shouting at his ds please. Thankyou

If it's the drill boss then this is how you do it: First, hit him so that he'll have health down a bit. Then get the drill power. Once you get it, use it to go underground and damage the blue circles. There! now he cant recharge his health. Just keep on hitting him then and he should admit defeat.
