What do i do with the busts on the mantelpiece in gibraltar

If you tap on the squares under each of the busts it gives you a clue to which way they should face - the first left hand bust - facing the wall (backwards) next bust - facing right next bust - facing left (so the 2 middle busts are looking at each other) the end right hand bust - facing right (with his back to the bust next to it) that will the open up the fire grate for you to continue.
