How do you get to the lighthouse

How do you get to the lighthouse north of over yonder flats. the map shows a trail from over younder flats as well as from town but cant find it. i am trying to get to the are where the fish houses are out in the bay. i can see it when i go netting, but can't find the trail.

The lighthouse is accessed by building a bridge in margaritaville its not actually north of yonder flats
