How do you win the limbo contest i have tried and tried and i cant get it please help

I cannot get to work on my iPad either. If I try from facebook on a Windows machine, all I have to do is click the horizontal lever/handle/bar that looks sort of wooden when it's in the green area. Just a click so would make sense that on the iPad you would just have to tap where you click on PC. That's all I can offer in the way of an answer/advice. Unless a quest calls for again, I'm just not going to limbo as I prefer playing on iPad.
