Where are the last 2 targets in the target contest?

Are all the targets in the town or are the last two n Fort Tortuga? I could only find 8 targets in town.

They are all in town. put your settings on +, so you see a big part of the screen. go to the left, there are two, go to the middle there are two, in the street two and near the cafe two

I count 8 in Lisa's answer. The original poster asked about the other two. That's also where I am stuck so I would also like to know where the last two targets are.
